Mar 25 2016 Free Trip!!! Bahamas, Jamaica and the Oasis of the Seas!
Our Free Trip
Free Trip….are you kidding me?! At the end of 2013, I had heard of this “free trip” but didn’t understand how it worked. I asked my husband, he just said I needed to help 3-5 people a month. I already had the passion to help women find their health and fitness, now I had just that much more motivation. See, there is still always that little bit of fear, nagging in the background. Not with this! I was going to get that free trip! So in 2014 I accomplished my goal. I helped 3-5 women a month…sometimes more and my husband and I, (yes you can bring a guest), got to go to the Moon Palace in Cancun in 2015!!
It was amazing. Literally blew my mind that we were there and not having to pay to be there! Talk about a dream come true! It also kept my fire lit. I already had been hitting my goals for 2015, but it really pushed me to become more of a leader. I really buckled down. Guess what? I earned my second free trip, this time on the largest cruise ship in the world, the Oasis of the Sea! We were heading to the Caribbean to visit both the Bahamas and Jamaica! I also must mention….the relationships we have built online around the country and Canada, but seeing everyone in person is also part of the “dream come true”. It is beyond amazing!
For this trip, we headed down to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida a day early and got prepared to board ship the next day. We got on the next day around 2 PM and get acquainted with the ship and started saying hi to all of our friends and join 6,000 other coaches to a cruise ship totally rented by our company. We all see each other usually twice a year, so it is definitely a reunion every time. The fun had begun! The next day was the Bahamas. There was so much to do, we chose to walk the town, checking out a local Rum Distillery, from the early 1800’s and then hung out on the beach. Absolutely beautiful and the culture was amazing!
After that we got to have a formal night on the ship, we dressed in our best, my hubby even wore a suit and tie, and we hung out with 3 different groups of friends! So awesome! The next day we were at sea all day. Every morning there were celebrity trainer, live workouts. Tony Horton from P90X, 22 Minute Hard Corps and P90, Autumn Calabrese from 21 Day Fix and Hammer and Chisel, Sagi Kalev from Body Beast and Hammer and Chisel, and Joel Freeman and Jericho McMathews from Les Mills Pump were at different times every morning. You could go to one or all 4 workouts!! It is always breathtaking to be with a huge, like minded group of people do a live workout! Right afterwards, all the pool bars had turned into Shakeology bars!! Amazingness!
The next two days were awesome! We went on an excursion in Jamaica, got to hang out at a private beach and have an authentic Jamaican lunch…delicious by the way and really just relax. We took naps, we worked out, we had a few drinks, we had cheat meals….a lot and really enjoyed our friends. It was perfect. It is beyond a blessing and so much fun. Take a look at all the pics!!
To say the least, this free trip is just another reason why this business we do has changed our lives. My husband I are so grateful for this opportunity. My goals were set in January and we have almost earned our free trip for 2017 in the Dominican Republic mega resort, Punta Cana!! I am so excited and can’t wait to be there with our team! As I write this, I want to make sure you have the opportunity to join me and my team. If you are at all intrigued… stop waiting and reach out. Health and fitness are what we are about, this is just one of the perks for getting yourself in shape and helping others do the same!! Send me a message here! I look forward to connecting and working on your goals!! Free Trips are the bomb! 🙂

Feb 13 2016 I Love What I Do!
I love what I do. My husband wrote this for me on Facebook. He puts it in words that I have a tough time saying.
Matt – “I won’t lie. We have been in a bit of a rough patch these last 4 months. Between Stacy‘s health and just a bunch of little things it has not been easy. Has it been as bad as others….absolutely not. But it has not been….well…..smooth.
Through all of this, my amazing wife, has continually kept the goal of helping others a major priority. And I must give a bit of back story. We really haven’t been very good at this Beachbody “business” part. I did it just because I had such amazing results! She did it as well, just because she had amazing results….and it made us want to help others feel the same!!!
Well, back in November of 2013, this amazing lady of mine, decided she was going to make this a real part of our lives. She started making goals. This was definitely not a new concept, but she really had not made goals in the past! She lived! She worked hard! But, she never wrote goals down and set out to achieve them. Since December of 2013, she has helped at least 6 people a month start the process of transforming themselves.
She literally has helped at least 6 people every month for over 2 years straight! She has blown me away with her diligence, her consistency and her passion to serve others, while still being a mom and taking care of her family! She loves all these women and many husbands too, as they have gone on to change their bodies, both inside and out!
So congrats to my beautiful wife, who I look up to, and get to partner in this thing called life. Congrats on officially hitting Success Club 10 All-Star! I love being apart of your passion and seeing your heart through the thick and thin! Thanks for putting up with me and helping so many others along the way! We love what we do!!!”
I love what I do, and it is not a joke and there is no hidden agenda. I love seeing women reach their goals and I love watching them become the woman they always wanted!

Feb 01 2016 Goals Were Never Even A Thought, Now They Are Everything
The Girl with no Goals
The girl in the before picture never made goals, felt self-conscience ALL the time, and had no idea how she was going to teach her kids about not giving up-because that’s all she knew how to do. She wasn’t in a place of need or guidance from God because she balanced it all on her own shoulders. She stayed in her comfort zone. Goals weren’t even in her thoughts. She ate her emotions and hid her true feelings from just about everyone. This was 9 years ago.
Fast forward 6 years and there was an opportunity placed in front of her. She watched as others shared their stories of where they came from and what they had accomplished. The goals they had made and accomplished. She wondered, why not me? Why couldn’t she earn extra money and make my own hours, actually make goals and hit them?
Working at Nordstrom’s left me wanting to not give up the niceties of life. Hello fashion, shoes and cosmetics!! Being able to support the family using the talents God gave me would be a win/win, right? Being healthy in mind, body and spirit for a career seemed pretty legit. To have something that fit in the cracks of my mommy-life and build on itself seemed too good to be true. I didn’t have all the health answers but I knew what was working for me and loved encouraging people. To have something that would teach me to step out, learn to fail and get back up and would continually build my character. Here’s more of my full story!
The Girl with Goals…..and Hitting Them!
Fast forward to present day. I’ve been able to use the gifts God has given me. I actually have made goals and hit them!! To invite others to join me in having more energy for their families. To stay home with the kiddos and work in my Juicy Couture sweats. To be challenged daily and fight the good fight of life and NEVER give up.
Maybe you don’t have kids yet but you want to make a career out of something that keeps you accountable to your own health goals? Maybe you’re a mommy but want something on the side for yourself? Or perhaps you want to grow a business at your own pace for when the kiddos are in school full time or off to college? Maybe you want to switch careers to something more meaningful than what you’re currently doing.
As I look at how much I’ve learned and grown, I can’t keep this to myself. I set goals, hit them and now help others do the same. Coaching has given this worker-bee girl a sense of pride and purpose. It allows us as a family to give more and be together lots. No more punching time-clocks for me. Only freedom to pay it forward and teach others how to share their stories. Message me to join our group next week to learn more….let’s hit some goals! ??

Jan 11 2016 ❤❤ FIT MISSION BY VALENTINE’S DAY ❤❤
Fit mission in full effect! Today I was reflecting on all the things us ladies can wish we had (me included). We aren’t trying to be perfect by any means, but feel comfortable in our own skin! Here’s a few things I am working on, you can take from this list or put your own! (I know we are all at different stages of our journey!)
Examples being:
- Rounder booty (or a booty at all)
- Thigh gap
- H.S. Weight
- Flat tummy (with less loose baby love skin)
- To look good nakey
- More confidence
- More time
- No dimples and cellulite
The list goes on…
Even if we can’t have those things exactly how we want them, the one thing I know to be true is we can get better! This fit mission is about this and that in itself is a beautiful thing. Practice does make perfect, goals can be reached! Do I wish I could get to my H.S. weight? Yes! But does that make or break the progress I’ve made? NO! 140 lbs is PERFECT for me because that’s what my body likes naturally. There was a time I couldn’t get under 150 to save my life. I skimped, starved, worked out twice a day, felt so lost with fitness AND nutrition. It was unnerving and I was hurting myself mentally and physically.
Not anymore thanks to the nutrition and programs I’ve found. Now I’m right where I need to be.
I had to trust the process and invest for the long haul and boy it’s paid off. Sanity is a good thing 😉
What are you going to think when you look back on 2016 photos? Will you know you are doing everything you can to treat your body right or will it be another year on be books that you stayed the same? My joy is to show others what’s worked for me so you too can know you’re right where you need to be!
Join me for a Hot ?by Valentine’s Day Challenge ❤ including:
?A full meal guide with recipes
?30 minute workouts done on your schedule

Jan 09 2016 Being a Busy Mom…How do we do it?!
The Busy Mom
Who reading this is a busy mom?!! I don’t think there is such a thing as not being a busy mom. Busy is our middle name. If I’m not doing laundry, cleaning, calling, emailing, texting, picking up toys, helping with homework, cooking, cleaning some more, breaking up a fight, counseling, drinking wine……..you get my point and I’m sure you can relate! Oh I forgot going to the grocery store, paying bills, doing makeup (randomly), driving to school, picking up from school, you name it…..we do it. We don’t know any different but it wears on us and at times we can get lazy….at least I can.
Then, while you’re doing all the things above, cause none of us are a busy mom at all, we get the, “Mom, mom, mom, mom, mom, mom, mom, mooooooooooooooom!!!!”, about 50 times a day! 😉 We are distracted all the time, interrupted and everything in between. It is not easy being a busy mom, for me of two kiddos. I can’t imagine those of you structuring life with more! I applaud you!
But we have to remember something. Being a busy mom is not an excuse, it’s a reason????? They watch you, they pick up your habits, they need you to help them learn why they eat veggies. None of us are perfect but we can sure try. It may feel like survival mode for a bit but then it becomes easier and easier. See, I catch myself getting impatient. Instead of giving my kids broccoli, I put a gluten-free frozen pizza in the oven because it’s easy. Is there anything wrong with the pizza? No. But in this mindset it could be setting the wrong example for our kiddos. They see me being tired and I do the easy thing. I don’t want them to do the easy thing. I want them to give life their all! Their best! To be excellent.
So let’s encourage each busy mom to push through. Whether we are a “working” mom with a job or a “working” stay-at-home mom with a job ;), we all have to keep pushing one another! We need to remember the little guys and push through for them. Keeping focused on allowing them to see us push through as we press on to be the best busy mom we can be! I love working with women to be their best. A lot come to me having given up one of their most important strengths…their health. Are you someone that is fighting that?! That’s my specialty! Supporting a busy mom that has allowed the “crazy” to creep in a little too far. Trust me….I’ve been there, we all have. Don’t let another day pass you bye!! Come join me and the hundreds of women that are all on the same journey!
And for the record, the loose stomach skin we have from babies actually looks and feels tighter when our body fat percentage goes down!!! Mine fluctuates and I can really tell. It’s crazy! I call it love skin?? we love why we have it and hate it all at the same time. #loveskin #momlife
Go here and tell me about YOU! ——> Join us now! Come join a group of women that look to support each other as we all are a busy mom in our life and we need each other to stay the course!

Dec 26 2015 22 Minute Hard Corps is Coming! New Beachbody Workout!
22 Minute Hard Corps Test Group!
Beachbody Corporate has picked about 60 people out of all the coaches in the company to be in a test group for 22 Minute Hard Corps which releases in March of 2016. It is sort of like their own personal Challenge Group! Well, I am proud to say that my husband, Matt Rody, was asked to be apart of it!! Here is my husband announcing that he gets to be in the Test Group:
“Merry Christmas to me!! ?. Holy moly I can’t believe this just happened! Out of over 400,000 coaches and countless others that do the workouts…..I, me, muah, was somehow selected by Corporate Beachbody to be in a test group. Not just any test group and not with just any workout! We are talking the not yet released 22 Minute Hard Corps, made by Beachbody and the one and only, my favorite instructor ever, Tony Horton!!!!!
To say I am excited would be the understatement of my life! ?. I am so very humbled, but also giddy with exuberance and ready to share the process starting on January 4th for the next 8 weeks!! It is going to military style…I am nervous!! Well, wish me luck and who knows, maybe I’ll end up on an infomercial!! ?? #getsome“
Here is a preview of what you are going to be looking forward to!!
[iframe id=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/uDwWUBVdWF4″]
22 Minute Hard Corps is going to be amazing. The reason I love working with Beachbody is that Carl Daikeler and Jon Congdon, the owners, really try to find new workouts that fit our crazy lifestyles. This workout does not require weights, which will be awesome for a lot of people. Matt is ready to “bring it” as Tony Horton always says. “22 Minute Hard Corps is your no-nonsense, boot-camp-butt-kicking fitness program. Legendary trainer Tony Horton has created this simple to follow program inspired by techniques used in the military. Each 22-minute workout is a total body drill designed to get you “boot camp fit” in 8 weeks.” Follow my husband Matt Rody on Facebook as he goes through the process! Get ready because 22 Minute Hard Corps is going to be amazing!

- I’m a wife ❤, sister, daughter and mom to 5 year old Samantha and 3 year old Jude.

- I am a former makeup artist turned health coach.
- I am also an Esthetician and spray tan addict (I mean artist ;))
- I am obsessed with helping women feel more beautiful from the inside out.
- I am an outgoing introvert.
- I consider my main two hobbies working out and shopping.
- I lost 40 lbs with Beachbody nutrition and home workouts and continue to do each new program as it launches.
- I decided to help women know they could lose weight, have energy, and do it without feeling like they had to starve themselves.
- I run online challenge groups to give the best support to my clients.
- I used to eat a bag of gummy candy a day (ie sour patch kids or Haribo gummy bears) Now currently a dark chocolate addict!
- My kids and I have been gluten-free for three years.
- I’ve struggled with infertility and PCOS.
- I had acne my whole life (hence the career choices I made and the gummy bears may have had something to do with it).
- I’ve been incredibly blessed to be able to snuggle my kids and still have a career where I earn more per month than what I made at Nordstrom and the Spa I worked at. #TeamShine
My fitness transformation has been going on for 3 years now. The photo on the right is to remind you all (and myself) to speak positive things to and about yourself, to know you are stronger than you think, and to never stop letting your light shine.
Hard work pays off, let’s go make a fitness transformation for you too!! XO

Nov 04 2015 What is a Goal? Something You Have to Prioritize.
What is a Goal?
What is a goal? What are goals? According to Business Dictionary a goal is: “An observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe.”
What is a goal to me? Well, it sure wasn’t the definition above in my life. I would think about something and hope that I would accomplish it. Now, I live by goals and my number one is getting my workout in daily. It is a non-negotiable! Ahhhh, happy vibes are here! Sometimes I dread starting a workout but when it’s over…..my day is set. Nothing can compare to the feeling of a good workout. The rush of endorphins!!
{{Honesty alert}}
When I first started setting goals for myself, I wasn’t fully sure it would work. I had the picture of what I wanted in my mind (the vision). I had a plan but after two kids, you just never know what your body will do. Plus, I was 35 and age does become a factor at some point and I was super busy with two little’s who needed me lots.
I was talking with a client about how we want so much more for ourselves to be healthy for our kids and feel beautiful for our hubs. I think she said it better than I could have. Here’s what we had in common:
Goals: be toned, fit into my clothes better, feel confident.
What is a goal I am working on now? Owning my workouts. The feeling of accomplishing something that has been making me feel a little depressed for the last couple of years. That even when people tell me not to worry, it’s just part of getting older, and that I should just accept it. Instead of accepting it, I can look in the mirror and say I didn’t accept it. I conquered it! Getting older is not an excuse.
Fitness struggle: going to the gym and not knowing what I’m doing or if what I do will get me the results I want. Plus, the time it takes is too much sometimes.
Anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, not having clear direction. All things I struggled with before. Some of them will still pop up depending on what’s going on in my life but overall it’s a ton better. It is and will continue to be my mission to share what’s worked for me.
There should be nothing keeping us from how we want to feel!! Make sure you know what is a goal and what you are going to do to accomplish it!

Sep 12 2015 Be a Rolemodel, Kids are Always Watching!
Being a Rolemodel
Is it possible to be a rolemodel? I feel we mess up so very much, so much of the time. When I think about the cycle of craziness we’ve been through with our health and fitness goals it makes me a little loco. After all these years together we have definitely had some good and bad moments. Our two children have now seen a lot of it!
My husband, Matt, really made a change and really stepped up as a rolemodel for our family in 2012. He started with P90X. He was super focused….unfortunately while I was pregnant! ? (He lost 65 pounds to be exact). I’d be focused and he’d be too busy with work..the list goes on. It is for sure easier to do it together but if for some reason your guy isn’t on the same page, it’s your job to be the rolemodel.
I promise if you stick to it and stay true to your goals, your kids will follow you. They will see your better moods. Your energy levels increase. You sleeping like a baby. They will see you being consistent. They will see the discipline, the hardwork, the blood, sweat and tears. They are always watching, so you are by default, their rolemodel…whether you like it or not.
Our kids love to run, try to do push ups, do yoga moves better than me half the time! They are my inspiration, yet we have to take that mantle and be their inspiration! It is all about loving them and leading them in being what we want them to become! We need to expect the best for them. Allow them to dream whatever they want and help them achieve those dreams, no matter how crazy they seem. Giving them confidence in everything, allowing them the freedom to take flight. But they must see the practice, the truth it takes day to day to make those dreams come true. We must be their rolemodel, making an effort to be the best for them.
Be that rolemodel for what you want to see in them. Plus, if we do the grocery shopping, then we get to choose the menu! They will appreciate as they grow older and start understanding the importance of fitness and nutrition!?
