  • What is CIZE? A fitmom’s preview of CIZE

I really never thought a workout could be so fun! My girls and I tried out CIZE last night and it was their first time and my third.  CIZE really works out your core, your legs and surprisingly, my arms were sore too!!  You learn so quick with just a little practice. SO FUN!!

So what am I saying?!! I am going to be having a CIZE Test group!! I want YOU to join and be apart of this absolutely amazing program! I can’t wait for my friends and followers to do this workout with me!!

You will get into awesome shape, at home, with Shaun T’s latest 4-week dance fitness program! In each routine, Shaun breaks down the moves step-by-step, and builds them into a full dance sequence in just 35-40 minutes. This is a tutorial on how to dance!! So DO NOT worry about being able to dance!! You will learn and have a blast while doing it!

It will be dancing hip hop at its best. You will be burning calories and flinging off fat as you stay motivated throughout the entire time!

A little back story on me. I’m not a dancer. At all 😉

But I like to stay in shape, get the endorphin rush and energy I need from exercise. You don’t even think about the fact that you’re exercising and you are drenched in sweat after you’re done.

I am inviting you to my CIZE test group starting the first part of September.

    What you’ll get:

    1. Weekly one-on-one check-ins
    2. Meal prepping ideas
    3. Full nutritional guide
    4. Support and accountability with other ladies on the same mission as you.

  • Moderation!! It is so Important.

    Moderation

Moderation is such an important part of our lives. But I also know that hitting it hard for a short period of time is what pushes you out of where you are, to where you want to be. I did that after baby number two for about 4-5 months.  I used the workout Turbofire with Chalene Johnson, who was perfect!

Adding a salad for lunch, daily, is my secret sauce, what keeps me in moderation. But after I hit my goal, I took a step back and told myself I would never quit. I would stick to a lifestyle change and not lose my progress or fall back to my old yo-yo patterns. I continually push play on these amazing workouts for women, and yes, that even means lifting weights!  I love Body Beast!  It has changed my body for the good, did not get me bulky….but definitely helped my curves!  😉

Speaking of Body Beast, I was super scared of lifting heavy weights.  My husband had been bugging me for a year, before I finally decided to give it a try.  It works.  It literally is amazing.  It is my go to in staying consistent.  I use it as a fill in.  It is just a great workout for any woman.  I know why I was so scared.  I thought I would bulk up, that I would get super big.  Weight lifting for women is so very important.  I recommend it in moderation.  You don’t need to go crazy, but it should be added to your regimen of monthly workouts.

Going extreme all the time works for about 2% of people and really makes you run the risk of injury.  Let’s be women of moderation.  Let’s be women who never quit and who keep the healthy lifestyle going always! Push through, stay consistent, don’t give up!  Who’s with me?!

  • CIZING it UP!! Day 1 Preview and CIZE Review!

    CIZE Review

Holy COW! Day 1 of CIZE and I am in love. It is not my normal routine, it is not the workout I really wanted to do today.  I totally wanted to do my 21 Day Fix Extreme or Body Beast because those have been my fave lately but I am SO glad I stuck to my plan. It threw me for a loop, because I actually loved it so very much!  Full review and updates group info at the end of the video so check it out. 😉

    Pushing Through with Accountability

I love working out and finding something that is fun, yet still gets you in shape and getting your sweat on is so important.  The other part, I preach about a lot is accountability.  Doing anything with others, spurs me on!  I push harder, go faster, do one more rep and know that I will be letting someone else down if I don’t push through.  It is hard, but it is what gets me to reach my goals and become the person I envision myself becoming.

And yes I pushed play by 5:18 this morning so thanks for holding me accountable. #‎morninghustle #‎momlife

HOLD UP!!! Let me know if you want to join my Test Group!! Fill out the link below or just type in the comments below, “interested” and we will get this party started!!!  You are worth it.  You are amazing.  I believe in you and you can do this!  Changing your life is not easy, but it takes that first step to make the difference.

  • Date Night with the Hub, so needed!

     matt and stacy bellevue

    Date Night!

The hubs took me on a date night in Bellevue last night! Turning 37 isn’t so bad when you get a little spoiled. 😉 Plus, dressing up is one of my favorite things to do!  Life is a blessing.  I won’t lie, I am humbled how I get to live at times.  We don’t live in a giant house or have the greatest or newest cars, but being able to go out and take a little break is such an amazing treat.  A date night with your spouse is so important.  It is probably one of the highest “to-dos” on our list as a married couple.

I know it sounds silly but I never thought wearing white jeans after having two kids was a possibility. I thought my shape and body would be worse than before having kids. If you’ve ever thought that, please know that it’s false. I’m here to tell you that you can have the shape you want after having kids. It just takes determination, accountability, and a vision. My vision was my after photo. My vision was to inspire other moms. Even if it was just one mom that I could help feel better, that was my goal. Funny how we can easily give up on ourselves, but to be accountable to others holds more weight in our minds.

    Working From Home

My husband and I work together in our online health and fitness company and have two small kiddos. We get to control our schedule and still stay home with the kids. A dream come true honestly.  We were looking for passive income ideas and we found health and fitness to be a great fit.  It isn’t always easy to balance our lives, but we make it a priority to take a date night at least a couple times a month.

My husband turned me onto the site Fierce Marriage.  The couple are high school friends of my husbands.  It is a great blog and has a ton of information to use as we travel on the journey of marriage!
Spending the day being grateful for good grandparents and a hubby who sees the big picture. He sees the importance, of taking time away to enjoy our time, just the two of us.  Go have a date night, they are the best!

  • Dig Deep!! At Home Workouts for Women

Dig Deep In these Workouts for women

I finally founds some at home workouts for women.  When I chose to dig deep and promise myself to get in shape and stay there, it was not easy. This guy was 3 months old when I started following my program calendar. I knew he was my last baby, so that did help with my drive and motivation to do my best. And I was just so relieved to actually have a program calendar that was proven to work and I could do all from home. Something to just tell me what to do and what to eat.

The thing about getting into the best shape I have ever been in didn’t come in the form of extreme measures. I’m more of a consistent, steady-eddie type girl. I knew never eating a gummy bear or tortilla chip again was not in the cards for me. It needed to be fun and challenging but something that would let me live a little, too.

    Ups and Downs

I’ve had many ups and downs over the last three years because it’s not easy. It’s not easy to stay the course when you may not feel like it. I wouldn’t say passing out behind the wheel of my car, with my daughter in, it last year and totaling it, worked well in my plan. Or taking a rough fall down the wood stairs a few months ago that left me unable to workout for a couple weeks.

When things like that happen to us, it’s easy to let life get in the way of our health. To quit what we started. But those habits you’ve made over time aren’t as easy to give up on if you have a strong “why” and determination. Healthy habits are the safeguards that protect us. They keep us strong. When I think about what could have been after my two accidents if I wasn’t strong going into them? I can’t even imagine how much worse it would have been for my recovery process!!!

I’m so glad I get to share and encourage all you other women to be your best! Get those daily habits set in place and if you need help, I’m here with plenty of work out plans for women!!!

  • Transformation Tuesday…changing your lifestyle!!

    Christine Barraza’s Transformation Tuesday

I have to love on my friend Christine Barraza right now and her transformation Tuesday!! She has transformed her life so much even in the short time I’ve known her. What used to be anxiety, diet pills, never working out and feeling unhealthy ……is now…… daily workouts, daily superfoods, and feeling better than she’s felt since high school.

What I love most about this woman is she has daughters and is an amazing example to them now. As all us women know, having a healthy role model is very important.

Love that we get to do this health journey together, Christine!!
