Transformation tuesday TIME!!!
The more I work with women, the more passionate I get about their transformation Tuesday. This woman has rocked her workouts from the beginning. I remember last year when she did her first challenge group with me. She completed both 21 Day Fix and Insanity. She stood out from the rest because I could tell she didn’t slack. She showed up and gave 110% every day. THAT is rare!! It encouraged me tons (just another perk of my job).
Here’s Michelle’s stats and a bit of her journey so far:
“I’ve gone down 3 pant sizes chest went from 38-39 to 33-34 weight loss 28 lbs. Yes I have slipped from time to time, but I get back up dust myself off and jump right back in it. My mind set use to be so negative and bogged down, I hated taking pics I wasn’t very social because I wasn’t happy with the way I looked on the outside. Today I know I’m not perfect, but I have learned to love myself and to continue taking care of myself which has been life changing in every single area of my life!”
When I asked her what mindsets she’s noticed changing the most (because we all know this is just as much mental as it is physical) she replied with:
“I remind myself every day that ‘I am worth it’. This is not a joke and my transformation Tuesday can inspire other women to do the same!”
Michelle, you are worth it! We all are worth a little self-love. Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey XO!!! Another transformation Tuesday in the books!

Christine Barraza’s Transformation Tuesday
I have to love on my friend Christine Barraza right now and her transformation Tuesday!! She has transformed her life so much even in the short time I’ve known her. What used to be anxiety, diet pills, never working out and feeling unhealthy ……is now…… daily workouts, daily superfoods, and feeling better than she’s felt since high school.
What I love most about this woman is she has daughters and is an amazing example to them now. As all us women know, having a healthy role model is very important.
Love that we get to do this health journey together, Christine!!
Changing Your Lifestyle
It is not easy making changes. It is not easy to eat right and to have your family do the same. To have them change and being eating healthy is part of the process. It sometimes takes years. But I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that as we change, those around us see the fruits of that change. I implore you to take the same step as Christine has. It is not easy, it is done in a week or even a month. It is a lifestyle change. So please join us in changing not only our own lives but our family’s lifestyle as well. Let’s get healthy and see transformation begin!
If you have questions about this, let me know. We have Online Challenge Groups happening all the time. They are a great way to stay accountable and really have people surrounding you, that are going through the same emotions and changes.

Celebrations the Healthy Way
Grad parties, BBQ’s, Father’s Day, they take work to enjoy these celebrations the healthy way. Summer is in full effect and the hard part for me is, the busyness can hurt our progress if we let it. I mean seriously, when you get somewhere and all your food choices are empty carbs, chips and maybe some greasy meat. What do you do?
Well, as I’m learning in business and in my health..planning is key. Never leave much to chance when it comes to your nutrition or fitness or you’ll look back and wonder how 2 months has passed and you’ve gained more than you thought possible in a short time.
Here are my tricks:
- Drink plenty of water early in the day. I shoot for 3 liters a day and one of those before 10 am.
- Always have food before you go somewhere. That way you’re not starving and eating whatever you feel like.
- For every drink or cup of coffee, drink two glasses of water to compensate.
- Get your quick greens in for the day by blending a couple handfuls in your daily smoothie. You can’t even taste it.
- Have a little bit of something if you just can’t resist and really enjoy it. Life is too short to be perfect all the time;)
Last but the most important to me personally!!! Enjoy the company more than you enjoy the food. By this I mean, by tweaking your brain to focus on the conversation and not the food you’ll quickly realize it’s not that special anyway.
Hope this helps and have a fun weekend, enjoy your celebrations the healthy way!
